Pharmacy Weight Loss Dodworth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Dodworth and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Assessment

All prescription weight loss medications are supplied only following a satisfactory clinical assessment. Our prescribing pharmacist will review your completed medical questionnaire before any prescription is issued or dispensed.

We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your assessment. The clinical decision rests solely with our prescribing pharmacist.

Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to another person. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our systems. If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including postal service disruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable delivery address is provided at the time of ordering.

Medicines must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided. We cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper storage following delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via the details provided on our website.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
